This research paper studies the judicial sector, its role in the conflict, the impact of the conflict has had on it, and analyzes the course of the Syrian conflict from a purely legal perspective. Its aim is to highlight the challenges and opportunities and draw lessons from the above so that a general vision of the frameworks of the judicial sector in Syria in the future is developed. This is part of a comprehensive assessment at the national level of gaps in policies amongst various topics and sectors that contribute to peacebuilding as seen by the long-term vision for Syria 2030.
