In preparation for the launch of the second issue of the Strategic Policy Alternatives Framework (SPAF II) report, NAFS organized two consultation meetings with its network of Syrian and international experts and stakeholders to discuss the first draft, on 3 and 7 June 2021. This report provides technical, timely and actionable analysis, and proposed policy alternatives on the most pressing economic, social and governance issues for the future of Syria after the end of the conflict.
Through the broad spectrum of the present expertise, the content and structure of this upcoming report, were explored and discussed, including end of conflict scenarios, guiding principles, logic of policy alternatives, and the priority policy areas.
