NAFS organized a meeting for Syrians to discuss the Policy Gap Analysis (PGA) report which is a comprehensive assessment of policy gaps at the national level in priority themes/sectors that serve peacebuilding in the country using the long-term vision for Syria 2030 as a benchmark.
The first day of the meeting focused on discussions concerning the Socio-economic implications of the Syrian conflict, peacebuilding in post-conflict countries and the lessons that could be useful for Syria, as well as considerations for the peacebuilding phase in Syria. The second day focused on discussing the PGA report which will then be finalized and used to develop policy choices for Syria post-conflict.
